Tech Support's one day training workshop discusses and demonstrates the techniques to successfully print garments of all types.

Workshop instructor and Tech Support owner, Bill Redeker, has over 30 years experience in the screen print industry. He has been teaching training workshops for over 22 years and takes great pride in having helped hundreds of people improve their businesses or start their own companies.

OUR WORKSHOPS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO THOSE WHO:

Are considering starting their own screen printing business BEFORE making financial investments.

Are already printing, but have no formal training. We can answer questions and demonstrate proper techniques to enhance your printing abilities.

Have new employees that need to be up to speed quickly.

Discussions are intended to give insight to the variables involved in the process and break them down to understand the cause and effect. Topics are addressed to help troubleshoot potential printing issues often with simple solutions.

TOPICS INCLUDE:
Mesh selection and stencil making
Artwork output needs
Plastisol inks and garments
Press setup
Screen reclaiming
Shop layout

The hands-on objective is to allow attendees the opportunity to take a screen through a full cycle of the screen printing process. Workshop attendees will have the opportunity to physically coat screens with both liquid emulsion and capillary film, expose and rinse out images, get the screen "press ready", register screens for multicolor designs, print and reclaim screens.
