Description

The Thunder is an industrial-grade manual screen printing press designed to handle high-demand printing while minimizing wear and tear on the user. The most durable manual screen printing machine on the market, the Thunder is an excellent addition as a sampling or production press. It has the same pallet arm and carousel design as the Anatol automatic screen printing machines. The dual bearing system provides easy movement throughout the day. The Thunder is available with possible configurations of 4 Station/4 Colors, 4 Station/6 Colors, 6 Station/6 Colors, 4 Station/8 Colors, 8 Station/8 Colors, 10 Station/10 Colors and 12 Station/12 Colors.

    operation without loss of quality even after prolonged use.
  • The machine base is a versatile, collapsible design with removable legs that
    combines strength, compactness and ease of installation without sacrificing
    accuracy, allows for easy transportation of the equipment into tight spaces, and is
    additionally reinforced with an aesthetic shelf for increased rigidity.

Registration

  • Three point micro registration of the screen (front to back, left to right, rotational
    movement)
  • Easy to read micro registration targets
  • Fine threaded micro registration (same system as our automatic presses)
  • Compatible with Anatol’s ARME pre-registration system, as well as many other
    common pre-registration systems available on the market
  • The micro-registration system is easier, more accurate, and more convenient.

  • The updated screen holder system provides a secure, backlash-free hold, stable
    screen positioning, minimal setup effort, and ergonomic grips grips (screen
    profile size from 1.9 cm to 5 cm)
  • Stable side screen holders ensure tight registration over long runs
  • The updated upper registration unit ensures smooth screen lifting, precise
    fixation without backlash, and comfortable, durable operation even after many
    years of use.

Pallet System

  • 16’’x 22’’ solid aluminum, low profile rubber coated pallets standard, with a variety of specialty and custom pallets available separately.
  • Laser alignment system for quick and easy apparel alignment.
  • The updated pallet arm with increased stiffness, reliable fixation, and
    integrated slide system makes it easy to change and compatible with
    automatic machines as well as some other manufacturer’s machines.
  • Our pallets are a classic solution for silk screen printing, made of
    rubber-coated aluminum sheet, compatible with pallet slide systems and
    automatic presses, and are characterized by consistent quality, strength and
    durability.

Print Heads

  • Print heads have an adjustable, spring-guided tensioning system; no lubrication required
  • Off-contact and screen pitch adjustments are located on each print head
  • ’’All Heads Down’’ feature on models with an equal number of stations and colors allows you to print any color from any print head on any pallet
  • Adjustable side screen clamps provide maximum stability
  • Swivel feet on screen clamps to prevent movement while tightening
  • The integrated laser pointer system, borrowed from automatic machines,
    greatly simplifies and speeds up the positioning of garments on the pallet,
    has the ability to connect to the top and bottom and was implemented in
    accordance with the wishes of customers and our experience in designing
    presses.
